Use of the App
Aqidah provides tools for habit tracking, spiritual education, and routine building. You agree to use the app for its intended personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reverse-engineer, modify, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, databases, or design systems of the app.
Content & Accuracy
We strive for the highest accuracy in our prayer times, Qibla calculations, and library content (including the Namaz/Wudu guides and Surahs). However, environmental factors (like magnetic interference affecting your phone's compass) or differing calculation methods can cause slight variations.
The educational content within the Library is for foundational guidance. It is not a substitute for direct consultation with qualified local scholars or your local Masjid regarding specific fiqh (jurisprudence) matters.
Premium Features & In-App Purchases
Aqidah is provided as a free application. Certain optional premium features, milestones (like server-generated shareable PNGs), or future tools may require a one-time purchase or subscription.
All payments are securely processed through the respective App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), and their respective billing, subscription management, and refund policies apply.
User-Generated Content & Community
If you participate in community features (such as the community Chilla board), you agree to maintain a respectful and constructive demeanor.
We reserve the right to remove any user, submission, or display name that violates this community trust or engages in inappropriate conduct.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved exclusively in this jurisdiction.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms as Aqidah evolves (for example, when we roll out the AI Moulana feature). We will notify you of any significant changes within the app or through our official channels.
